Myth- not eating breakfast will not make you burn more fat, it just means less energy to train.
Minimum requirement for breakfast- a piece of fruit with good fats. Banana with a choice of good fats, sesame seeds, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, almonds, walnuts or pecans.
NEVER forget to bring your best friend- WATER!
Avoid alcohol the night before Fit Camps- we want one stress on the body not two.
Wear appropriate sports clothing, cotton or lycra, and a decent pair of trainers.
Consistency and discipline is the key to any training program and eating regime.
Don’t let temporary soreness prevent you from reaching your goals.
Make us aware of any injuries or medical conditions- never keep quiet on this matter.
Make ‘Fit Camps’ your Saturday morning priority to reach your goals.
