Personal Training covers a wide range of areas and is suited for all, whatever your goals maybe. At RB Personal Training we have an open approach to the type of clients we train. What we believe in is that there is no age, ability level, medical condition or goal that will prevent you from achieving. We are realistic with our clients and ensure we lead people to realistic outcomes, which is usually more than you would think possible. We specialise in people and everybody comes under that category.

We understand that personal training is personal to the individual, so the approach we take is to treat everyone in a unique way, whether they have the same goals, abilities and age. We are all unique, so what may work for someone will not necessarily work for another. At RB Personal Training we pride ourselves on our experience to ensure we take the best route for you to reach your desired goals.

Personal Training is the last piece of the puzzle in the health and fitness industry. Surgeons and physiotherapists do incredible work to change peoples lives and personal trainers continue that success working in line with them ensuring you make a 100% recovery, that has longevity, if that is your purpose for personal training.

There are no individuals which are eliminated from personal training, whatever their goals may be. It will create an amazing change to your body mentally and physically. We will address any area for you, whether its to increase your confidence or self-esteem, help you to lose weight or body fat, recover from an injury or surgery, improve or prevent a medical condition, we can help you.

Personal Training is not just about the training itself, its about the whole package, to motivate you to think stronger, eat cleaner and train with commitment and discipline.

We all have the strength to achieve what we want, it all comes down to when we want to. We need to ask better questions so we act in an achieving way. We want to help you achieve, this is only possible when you decide to help yourself.

For the amateur and professional sports person

Training for a particular sport requires a slightly different approach, although these quality’s would serve well for anyone, in any walk of life.

Roberto has worked with both the amateur and professional sports person, and understands what is required. He acknowledges that the physical training is an important aspect for the individual, though there are other areas which are continuously over looked for enhanced performance such as mental toughness and nutrition.

When it comes to performing at your optimal best, every area must be taken into account and RB Personal Training ensure that we work on developing every attribute. Just to mention a few, when we talk about mental toughness, the attributes these sport individuals obtain are consistent performances regardless to situational factors, to remain confident and not choke under pressure, tolerate pain and discomfort, remain focused when the going gets tough and respond confidently to disappointment.
