The physical side of the training is also very important for enhanced performance. With modern research it is vital that athletes attain muscle strength within, rather than just looking superficially strong. The word core is used so much today, without any real understanding and for an athlete it is the source of all their power. With good core strength an athlete will significantly improve their explosive power, power, speed, agility, balance and most importantly significantly decrease their risk of injury. At RB Personal Training we ensure the physical training starts from the core.
